Since the spot coolers are rated as suitable for continues operation, there is no need to restrict the amount of time the unit is in use. However, since condensed water form and fill the drain tank, it is recommended to connect a hose to lead the condensed water directly to a drain if the unit is constantly turned on. Also, please be aware that the temperature can drop below required operating conditions during night, and that the filter can become dirty while the unit is in use. If this happens, regular operation of the unit cannot be continued until the problems have been resolved.
